Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work
Mod of Measurement for RCC Work as per CPWD’s Specifications: Reinforced Cement Concrete work को कार्य की प्रकृति के अनुसार Cast-in-situ या Precast किया जाता है जैसा कि Engineer-in-Charge द्वारा निर्देशित किया गया हो। Reinforced Cement Concrete work में निम्न शामिल होंगे:
जिसके बाद कार्य की मद के विवरण के अनुसार अलग से या सामूहिक रूप से भुगतान किया जा सकता है।
(a) Form work (Centering and Shuttering)
(b) Reinforcement
(c) Concreting: (1– Cast-in-situ), (2 – Precast)
Steel for Reinforcement
Reinforcement के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाने वाला Steel निम्न में से कोई भी प्रकार का होता है:
(a) Mild steel and medium tensile bars conforming to IS 432 (Part I)
(b) High strength deformed steel bars conforming to IS 1786
(c) Hard drawn steel wire fabric conforming to IS 1566
(d) Structural steel conforming to Grade A of IS 2062
(e) Thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) Bars

Form Work (Centering & Shuttering)
Form work में Concrete बनाने के लिए आवश्यक सभी Temporary या permanent रूप या मोल्ड शामिल होते हैं।
MEASUREMENTS OF FORM WORK
1- General: form work में निम्नलिखित शामिल होता है:
(a) Splayed edges, notching, overlaps के लिए allowance और angle पर passing, sheathing battens, strutting, bolting, nailing, wedging, easing, striking और removal।
(b) Form Work का support के लिए all supports, struts, braces, wedges के साथ-साथ mud sills, piles या इसी तरह के suitable arrangement।
(c) sheathing को एक साथ रखने के लिए Bolts, wire, ties, clamps, spreaders, nails या कोई और सामान।
(d) Working scaffolds, ladders, gangways और इसी तरह के items।
(e) beams, columns और इसी तरह के 20 mm से अधिक चौड़े बाहरी angles के chamfered edges को रोकने के लिए Filleting।
(f) जहां आवश्यक हो, कंक्रीट डालने, वाइब्रेटर डालने के लिये temporary opening।
(g) adhesion को रोकने के लिए तेल के साथ ड्रेसिंग और
(h) Raking या circular cutting
2- Classification of Measurements
जहां यह निर्धारित होता है कि form work का भुगतान अलग से किया जाना है, वहां concrete surface के contact में आये shuttering के area का measurement किया जाता । form work के dimension को nearest cm तक मापा जाता है। माप निम्नलिखित के लिए अलग से लिया जाता है।
(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and for mass concrete
(b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.
(c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies.
(d) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressummers and cantilevers.
(e) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments posts and struts.
(f) Stairs (excluding landings) except spiral staircase.
(g) Spiral staircases (including landings).
(h) Arches, Domes, vaults, shells roofs, arch ribs, curvilinear shaped folded plates
(i) Extra for arches, domes, vaults exceeding 6 m span other than curvilinear shaped
(j) Chimneys and shafts.
(k) Well steining.
(l) Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box, louvers and bands.facias and eaves board
(m) Waffle or ribbed slabs.
(n) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls (to be measured in running metres where below 200 mm in width or thickness).
(o) Cornices and mouldings.
(p) Small surfaces, such as cantilevers ends, brackets and ends of steps, caps and boxes to pilasters and columns and the like.
(q) Chullah hoods, weather shades, chajjas, corbels etc. including edges and
(r) Elevated water reservoirs.
3- Centering and shuttering, जहां एक मंजिल में 3.5 मीटर से अधिक ऊंचाई होती है, अलग से मापी जाती है और भुगतान किया जाता है।
4- जहां item के description में specially यह नहीं कहा गया हो कि form work का भुगतान अलग से किया जाएगा, RCC item के rate में form work की cost शामिल मानी जाती है।
5- यदि opening/obstructions का area 0.4 sqm से अधिक नहीं है, तो opening/obstructions के कारण shuttering से कोई deduction नहीं किया जाता है। इस तरह के opening को बनाने के लिए कुछ भी extra भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है।
6- arches, arch ribs, domes, spiral staircases, well steining, shell roofs, curvilinear folded plates और curvilinear eaves board, circular shafts और chimneys की श्रेणियों के तहत मापे गए elements का Form work Circular work के लिए extra rate के लिए eligible नहीं होता है।
7- Circular work के लिए extra rate, Elevation या Plan में Beam या Support के बाद Circular या curvilinear surface के लिए admissible है।
8- Form work के rate में ऊपर बताए सभी कार्यों के लिए जरूरी Labour और Material की Cost शामिल रहती है।

MEASUREMENT OF REINFORECEMENT
Reinforcement को actual length के nearest cm तक मापा जाता है। Reinforcement की Length नापते समय यह भी देखा जाता है कि वह Drawing में specified length से ज्यादा ना हो। अलग-अलग dia bar की lenght को अलग अलग book किया जाता है और उसके unit weight से multiply करके total weight निकाला जाता है । Different dia के bar की Unit Weight नीचे Table में दी गई है ।
यदि Bar की actual weight, standard weight से कम है और variation के अंदर है तो ऐसे case में reinforcement की calculation actual weight से की जाती है। ऐसे ही यदि actual weight, standard weight से ज्यादा है तो ऐसी स्थिति में standard weight से reinforcement की quantity निकाली जाती है। Wastage और unauthorized overlap का भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है। Binding wire या welding का measurement नहीं किया जाता है। इसकी cost, reinforcement की cost में include रहती है।
जहाँ binding की जगह welding की जाती है वहाँ welding का अलग से measurement नहीं होता है। Chair, separators आदि का provision Engineer-in-charge के निर्देशन में होता है और अलग से measure किया जाता है।
Reinforcement के rate में Labor, material और सभी operations शामिल रहते हैं। जैसे Bar की cleaning, straightening, cutting, hooking, bending, binding, placing आदि।

Slab की मोटाई को छोड़कर बाकी Dimension को एक सेमी के निकटतम मापा मापा जाता है। Slab 0.5 सेमी तक मापा जाता है। Area का Calculation nearest 0.01 Sqm और cubical content nearest 0.01 Cum तक किया जाता है।
Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) चाहे वह Cast-in-situ हो या Precast को निम्नानुसार वर्गीकृत किया जाता है और अलग से मापा जाता है।
(a) Raft, footing, bases of columns and mass concrete etc. all work up to plinth level, column up to plinth level, plinth beams.
(b) Wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string course, fillets, column, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc.
(c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and balconies.
(d) Shelves
(e) Chajjas
(f) Lintel, beams and bressummers.
(g) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.
(h) Stair-cases including waist or waist less slab but excluding landing except in (i) below.
(i) Spiral stair-case (including landing).
(j) Arches, arch ribs, domes and vaults.
(k) Chimneys and shafts.
(l) Well steining.
(m) Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box, louvers and facias.
(n) Kerbs, steps and the like.
(o) String courses, bands, coping, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like.
(p) Mouldings as in cornices, window sills etc.
(q) Shell, dome and folded plates.
(r) Extra for shuttering in circular work in plan.

निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों के तहत काम अलग से मापा जाता है।
(a) Rafts, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.
(b) All other items upto floor two level.
(c) From floor two level to floor three level and so on.
(d) R.C.C. above roof level shall be measured along with R.C.C. Work in floor just below.
निम्नलिखित के लिए कोई Deduction नहीं कीया जाता:
(a) क्रॉस-सेक्शन में 500 Sq cm तक असमान सामग्री (जैसे जोइस्ट, बीम, पोस्ट, गर्डर्स, राफ्टर, पर्लिन, ट्रस, कॉर्बल्स स्टेप्स इत्यादि) के सिरे।
(b) 0.1 Sqm तक Opening।
नोट: 0.1 वर्गमीटर तक के opening के क्षेत्र की गणना में opening के आकार में किसी भी अलग लिंटल्स या सिल्ल की मोटाई शामिल होगी। इस तरह के opening या voids को बनाने के लिए कोई अतिरिक्त श्रम का भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है।
(c) Reinforcement द्वारा occupied volume।
(d) cross section area में पानी के पाइप, नाली आदि द्वारा occupied volume यदि उसका cross section area 25 Sq cm अधिक नहीं है। ऐसे cavities और holes को छोड़ने और finish करने के लिए कुछ भी अतिरिक्त भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है।
Concrete members में कोई rendering किए जाने से पहले माप लिया जाता है। मापन में rendering शामिल नहीं होता है। विभिन्न इकाइयों के बीच आरसीसी कार्य का मापन निम्नानुसार किया जाता है:
(a) यदि Slab, Beam के साथ है तब slab का measurement, beam के face से face तक किया जाता है। अन्यथा slab को continuously एक साथ नाप लिया जाता है।
(b) Beam को Columns के face से face तक मापा जाता है और इसमें कॉलम और बीम के बीच के हंच (haunches), यदि कोई हों, शामिल होता है। Beam की Depth Slab के नीचे से Beam के नीचे तक होती है यदि बीम और स्लैब monolithic नहीं हैं। monolithic construction के मामले में जहां slab beam के साथ एकीकृत रूप से जुड़े हुए हैं, Beam की Depth Slab के ऊपर से Beam के नीचे तक होती है।
(c) Column का measurement पूरे मे किया जाता है।
(d) छज्जों को wall पर bearing के साथ दशमलव के निकटतम दो स्थानों के घन मीटर में मापा जाता है। जब छज्जों को लिंटेल, स्लैब या बीम के साथ जोड़ा जाता है, तो प्रोजेक्टिंग भाग को छज्जों के रूप में मापा जाता है, बेयरिंग में निर्मित लिंटेल, स्लैब या बीम के आइटम के अनुसार मापा जाता है।
(e) जहां band और lintel एक ही depth के हों और band lintel के रूप में कार्य करता हो, वहां band का lintel के रूप में मापा जाने वाला हिस्सा opening की clear length के साथ-साथ band की पूरी depth से दोगुना होता है।
Rate में centering and shuttering, finishing & reinforcement की लागत को छोड़कर ऊपर वर्णित सभी कार्यों में शामिल materials and labour की लागत शामिल रहती है।
